General Information:

  • Read class descriptions carefully.
  • If you are unsure of the class level that is appropriate for you, please call or consult with the teacher before class.
  • Plan to arrive for class five to ten minutes early so that you can set up and prepare for class. Classes will begin on time.
  • Wear comfortable, modest clothing that allows you to move freely.
  • Please inform your teacher if you are working with specific sensitivities, injuries, or other health issues.

Rates

  • 1 ½ hours: $15 single class; 1 ¼ hour $10 single class; One-hour: $10 single class
  • $10 per class with a 10-class pass for $100 (use within 3 months) $6 per class with a 10-class pass for $60 (use within 1 month)
  • Students: $8 single class
  • Community Yoga: Free.
  • Mindfulness Meditation & Family Yoga: by donation
  • Private individual or group sessions available, please call studio or individual teacher.
